Many companies and teams in software development claim to be agile - but when you have a closer look, they're far away from that, mainly because they ignore the mindset behind agile and think that having certified scrum masters should do the trick. This course explains the agile principles, shows pitfalls for their implementation and that it really is possible to be agile and successful at the same time.Discussions and hands-on exercises give the opportunity to gain experience and knowledge in the field of agile software development. We will do some sample sprint planning, think about continuous integration and clarify common misconceptions.
